Terms of Use
These are the account-level Terms of Use you accept when you create an account. They are separate from the Terms & Conditions of each individual competition, which you accept when you enter that competition.

Standing platform rule · integrity
Staff and insider entry is prohibited. Employees, contractors and anyone with access to sealed competition data — including instant-win winning maps — may not enter competitions or hold tickets on Comp Hub. Sealed-map access is permission-gated and every read is logged; reader accounts are automatically cross-checked against entrant records, and any entry found in breach is void.
Standing platform rule · free postal entry
A postal entry must reach us at least 48 hours before a draw closes to be entered. We need that time to process it. A card that arrives later is not entered, and we do not write to the sender. Arcade games take no postal entry: they are played with coins, and coins cannot be bought.
